Swann Tears ACL, Out Indefinitely

Florida State senior guard Isaiah Swann is out indefinitely after an MRI test conducted Thursday revealed a torn ACL in his left knee. He suffered the injury when he fell awkwardly on a drive to the basket in the Seminoles' victory at Miami (Fl.) on Wednesday. "We feel badly for Isaiah because he is a valuable member of our team and a great teammate," head coach Leonard Hamilton said. "Our team physician and our athletic trainer will monitor Isaiah daily and work with him regarding his treatment and rehabilitation process."

Swann is averaging 11.8 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game, and was knocking down almost 39 percent of his three-point attempts. He had never missed a game during his four years in the FSU program, appearing in 120 consecutive contests.
