  1. i'm not so sure about Maric at number 2, maybe 5 or so, but i'd say Dorsey and Heytvelt are better

  2. Shawn James from Duquesne? Didn't he just break David Robinson's shot-blocking record?

  3. What about Steven Hill, the SEC Defensive Player of the year? He gets over 2 blocks a game

  4. I'd almost guarantee that Heytvelt will get more minutes at the 4 for Gonzaga than at the 5, especially by the end of the year.

  5. For freshman centers, wasn't JJ.Hickson top 3 coming out of HS

  6. Mickell Gladness from Alabama A&M averaged 6.3 blocks per game this year. He had 16 blocks in one game breaking a NCAA record held by David Robinson and Shawn Bradley. His season total was top 3 in the history of the NCAA.

He projects out as a second round selection considering he's 6'11 and has an obvious shot blocking talent.

  7. The sleeper on this board is Nivins at #13. I saw him against Louisville and he dominated their big men.

  8. Id agree with sack about nivins, and dunston is a sleeper as well... but hanke is a scrub and dont think hell do much even though his rookie year was decent

  9. actually it was his soph season, and Hanke averaged 13ppg-5.6rpg 1.8bpg and also led the naton in fgp at 67%

so do your homework before you comment on something you don't know what your talking about!!
