Reports: Rose Going Pro, Signing with Agent
According to multiple reports, Memphis freshman point guard Derrick Rose is going to declare for the NBA Draft and sign with an agent. Eyewitness News Memphis reports that Rose pulled a teammate aside over the weekend and told him of his plans to go pro. Furthermore, Darren Rovell of CNBC was informed by two sources that Rose intends to hire Arn Tellem of the Wasserman Media Group as his agent. Rose, who is expected to be one of the top two picks in the Draft, averaged 14.9 points, 4.5 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game this past season in helping lead the Tigers to the National Championship game.
